great interview! I really enjoyed it and got a lot out of it. what I would like to see you discuss, and wish you and Jeff had spent some time on this, is how to communicate with your customers and bring them around to advertising in new media such as blogs and podcasts. how to overcome the objections they have concerning advertising in an media they don’t fully understand.
